Privacy
What this site collects, who handles it, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
Only the email address you type into a signup form, and only once our email list is open. Until then the forms are switched off and nothing is sent anywhere.
No analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking cookies. The fonts and images load from this site, not from third parties.
Like every web host, ours keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time and browser) to keep the site running and secure.
Who handles your email
Kit (kit.com) stores the list and sends the emails, including the Super Intelligence Brief and system files. Kit processes your address for us and nothing else.
Purchases
Store purchases go through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment details. We never see your card.
Links elsewhere
Links to Instagram and Lemon Squeezy take you to their sites, under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold, email hello@caplan.si and we’ll do it.
